1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Management

Registration Requirements
To use the cv663 platform you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including a valid mobile number, a username, and a password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. cv663 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact cv663 support immediately. cv663 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Suspension and Closure
cv663 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, collusion, or use of prohibited software. In the event of account closure resulting from a breach of Terms, cv663 may withhold funds pending investigation. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so via the responsible gaming section of their account settings.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1
Deposits
cv663 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing period depending on the payment provider. You must only deposit funds from payment methods that you own and are authorised to use. cv663 does not accept deposits from third parties.
3.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. cv663 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. cv663 does not charge a withdrawal fee on bKash and Nagad transactions; fees charged by the payment provider itself are outside cv663's control. Withdrawal requests made while a bonus is active may be subject to bonus terms review.
3.3
Currency and Transaction Records
All transactions on the cv663 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). It is your responsibility to retain records of your transactions. cv663 maintains transaction logs for a minimum period in accordance with standard platform practice. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, the records held by cv663 shall be considered definitive unless you can demonstrate clear evidence to the contrary.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers issued by cv663 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Winnings generated by bonus funds may not be withdrawable until the applicable rollover conditions are fully satisfied.

Bonus Eligibility and Abuse
Each welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Promotion Changes
cv663 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform where reasonably practicable. Seasonal promotions (for example, those associated with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or the T20 World Cup) are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the Current Offers page at the time of the relevant promotion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cv663 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage or generate credits not legitimately won.

Platform Availability
cv663 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, payment provider outages, or events outside cv663's control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. cv663 shall not be liable for any losses or missed opportunities arising from platform downtime or delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.
7.3
Amendments to These Terms
cv663 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, cv663 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
